Clear Home Technical Services is looking for an experienced Multi Technician capable of carrying out general building maintenance and a variety of technical repair tasks in apartments, villas, and other properties.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general electrical maintenance and minor repairs within the scope of competence.
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs, including leaking taps, sanitary fittings, and drainage issues.
- Perform minor carpentry, door, lock, and hardware repairs.
- Assist with painting, wall repairs, silicone application, and general handyman work.
- Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance issues.
- Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Complete assigned maintenance jobs within agreed timelines.
- Report major defects, material requirements, and additional repair needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain good workmanship and cleanliness at customer sites.
Qualifications & requirements
- Practical experience in general building maintenance or multi-skilled technician work.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and handyman tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good troubleshooting and time-management skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- UAE maintenance experience is an advantage.
- Relevant technical training is an advantage.
