Clear Home Technical Services is looking for a hardworking, reliable Helper to support technicians, painters, and maintenance teams in daily maintenance and repair activities across Dubai.
This position may suit candidates with limited experience who are willing to learn and develop practical maintenance skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assist AC Technicians, Multi Technicians, and Painters with assigned tasks.
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment safely.
- Help prepare work areas and protect floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Assist with moving materials and basic site preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at job sites.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians.
- Use basic tools safely after receiving appropriate instructions.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging materials.
- Follow company health and safety procedures.
Qualifications & requirements
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Willingness to learn maintenance skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic practical skills are an advantage.
- Previous maintenance or construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic communication skills are desirable.
